Heritage Conservancy
A Vibrant Design for an Active Community Non-Profit
Heritage Conservancy is a community-based, member-supported conservator serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. During its lifetime, this non-profit has facilitated the preservation of over 15,500 acres of open space, farmland, wildlife habitat, and important watershed areas.
When they were ready to move to the next level of visibility, Heritage Conservancy board members at DeeterUSA Integrated Marketing and Communications called Pritchard Design.
Varied Demographic
Primary marketing stakeholders shared with us Heritage Conservancy’s deeply held mission and commitment. They aimed to strengthen their impact by attracting a younger demographic, without losing the loyalty of existing members. Pritchard Design worked with them to develop design that could bridge those audiences.
Brand Design
Our new membership brochures employ imaginative layout, striking colors, and sans serif type for clarity. Photo elements emphasize the beauty of preserved lands and members participating in sponsored activities, tapping into younger audiences’ desire for meaningful social activities. The resulting brochures are bright and engaging and help clearly illustrate Heritage Conservancy’s actions.
Non-Profit Needs
Because donors have high expectations when they give their time and money, it’s especially important for non-profit organizations to clearly express who they are and what they believe. Where nonprofits’ missions align with donors’ social and emotional expectations, a powerful synergy can result. Well-designed pieces can be the start of that relationship.
